Properize is a startup that helps brokers and property managers onboard prospective tenants. We are currently growing rapidly and working with many of the largest rental brokers in the Netherlands. During your internship, it will be up to you to expand our success in the Dutch market. You will do this by attracting new clients, but also by maintaining and expanding current client relationships. Of course you will be well coached during this process.

You love interacting with people and building relationships with customers. Furthermore, you also deal with the marketing and quality of our services. Your contribution ensures that our services continuously meet the needs of our customers. In short - an interesting challenge and a lot of responsibility!

What will you do?

• Building relationships with new customers
• Create and execute various Sales campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc)
• Maintain current customer relationships and help desk requests
• Recognize and execute commercial opportunities

What we ask:

• You must be enrolled in a college or university program
• You can work with the team at least 3 days a week
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing
• Good communication skills and you enjoy sales
• You are able to come to our office in Utrecht (Utrecht Science Park, near Padualaan streetcar station)
